Rolling Boil Example

If you've ever seen "rolling boil" in a cookbook and wondered what it means, this is a good example. This is a box of Kraft macaroni and cheese in an awesome rolling boil state (which is often hard to achieve, depending on the type of stove you have, your controls, and how the pan is positioned on the burner). This is the "sweet" zone, what you're looking for if trying to get a rolling boil. Note how the macaroni boils up into the middle of the pot, then "rolls" out toward the sides and back down again
