www.foodreporters.com Pork chops with wine marinades Ingredients 4 pork chops 1 L. red wine Coriander (1 handful coriander seeds and 1handful cracked) 2 cups of vegetable broth Salt, pepper 1 cup olive oil Preparation Marinate overnight the pork chops in the wine and the coriander. In a deep pan sauté with half of the olive oil the chops from both sides. Season. Once they get a bit crispy, remove them from the pan and throw away the oil. Place them again in the pan and pour in the wine from the marinades with the broth. Add the rest of the oil. Seal the cap and let it come to a boil. Once it boils open the cap to help the wine evaporate. Cook for 20-30 minutes in medium heat. Serve them with crispy potatoes.
